Districting Process

District 1
Council Member

District 1 extends from Anaheim’s western city line to Magnolia Avenue and a part of Brookhurst Street at its northeast edge.

The district also goes from the Riverside (91) Freeway at the north to the city line with Stanton to the south. 

District 1 includes neighborhoods, businesses and Beach Boulevard, which runs for 1.5 miles through the heart of the district.

DISTRICT 1
District 2
Council Member

District 2 extends from Magnolia Avenue and a portion of Brookhurst  Street to the west and to Euclid Street to the east with a small portion extending further east to Ninth Street. 

The district’s northern edge extends to La Palma Avenue with the southern edge at the city lines with Stanton and Garden Grove. 

District 2 includes neighborhoods and businesses including Little Arabia and others along Brookhurst.

DISTRICT 2
District 3
Council Member

District 3 extends from Euclid Street and a portion of Brookhurst Street to the west to East Street for its eastern boundary.

The district also goes from the Riverside (91) Freeway to the north to Orange Avenue and South Street at the southern end of downtown Anaheim. 

District 3 includes neighborhoods and businesses and is the historic heart of Anaheim.

DISTRICT 3
District 4
Council Member

District 4 extends from State College Boulevard to the east and to Euclid Street and Ninth Street to the west. 

The district also goes from its northern most points, Broadway near the Santa Ana (I-5) Freeway, Crone Avenue and South Street in downtown Anaheim, to the southern city line with neighboring Garden Grove. 

District 4 includes neighborhoods, businesses and the theme parks, convention center and hotels of The Anaheim Resort.

DISTRICT 4
District 5
Council Member

District 5 extends from East Street and State College Boulevard to the west to the Santa Ana River and into the Anaheim Canyon business area. 

The district also goes from its northern most point at the city lines with Fullerton and Placentia down to the city line with Garden Grove to the south. 

District 5 includes neighborhoods, businesses as well as Angel Stadium of Anaheim and Honda Center in the Platinum Triangle.

DISTRICT 5
District 6
Mayor Pro Tem

District 6 extends from the Anaheim Canyon business area to the west to the Orange County line and open space to the east.

The district also goes from its northern most point at the city lines with Placentia and Yorba Linda down to the city line with Orange to the south. 

District 6 includes the neighborhoods of east Anaheim and much of the Anaheim Canyon.
